Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ve made our returns process simple and hassle-free.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
Eligibility

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items, including clearance or promotional items, cannot be returned.
- Any personalised (age/date/name) items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return

Prepare Your Package: Include the original receipt and pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy
All items are made to order. We do not carry stock so every piece is made especially for the recipient upon ordering. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to made, packaged and delivered to you. Current lead times are displayed on the banner at the top of the homepage.
All items are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. Each package is sent with a notification to the buyer including a tracking number.
